I never thought I'd be relearning how to brush my teeth at age 36. However, we recently invested in those fancy sonic toothbrushes and I'm having a heck of a time! Maybe I'm just a motor moron, but I'm definitely finding learning this new skill to be a challenge. If you see me with a big toothpaste stain on my shirt, you'll know why. And I can be comforted in knowing that I've effectively removed supragingival plaque.

I had the hardest time with our electric toothbrush tickling my nose all the time.
It takes a little time, but you will adjust. The biggest thing to remember is to turn it off before you take it out of your mouth.
i'm not hi-tek enough for a sonic toothbrush but i found that just by re-learning how i manually brush, and adding listerine to the routine, i can save myself $135 "gingivitis" treatments at the dentist every 3 months and go back to twice-yearly cleanings!
she said supragingival, heh heh heh
