Sadness, anger, fear.
Disbelief, wonder, exasperation.
Frustration, sympathy, guilt.
Helplessness.
I keep cycling through so many emotions that my head is pounding.
I'm turning off CNN, closing the computer. I'm not forgetting. I am not ignoring, but I need to focus on some things at home that I can actually address and do.

at the moment, that's all you can do. go about your life, give what you can, help who you can and prepare yourself for your own disasters. when you can do more, you'll know.
