We don't have a system of tipping here down under - it's all built into the price charged. Still, we do buy little gifts, like chocs for folk. ie) the mailman, teacher, etc.
The lady who takes care of Zoe will get something extra from us because she's more like family and barely charges us as it is but that's all we can afford this year.
We don't have a regular babysitter but if we did s/he would get a tip/bonus/whatever you want to call it.
