Oh man. that would have sucked and how traumatizing. I can't believe that the vet said it that way, but i'm glad that you can find humor in it and liken it to House.<BR/><BR/>Thank you so much, too, for all the supportive words of kindness you've sent. i'm glad she's ok! when i get stressed, i just stash food. trying to die is quite an extreme reaction! and let's hope your vet learns a little tact.

Wow, I'm glad she is ok. That is scary. I wonder if she's just very high strong or maybe they are all like that? Did the vet say whether they've ever seen that before?

I'm so glad for you that she is ok. Not the kind of scary experience one wants just for a claw trim. Something must have terrified the poor wee thing - or maybe, she has an allegy to something in their premises? Seems extreme - and they certainly could have handled that better.
